1- Description of Services
Nafsi offers online mental health consultations with licensed professionals. Our services are not a substitute for traditional in-person mental health care, and we recommend seeking medical attention if you are experiencing a mental health emergency.

 

2- Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Nafsi’s services.

 

3- Registration
To use our services, you must create an account with Nafsi. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering, including your name, contact information, and payment details. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account information, including your username and password.

 

4- Payment
You will be charged for each mental health consultation session. Payment must be made in advance of the session.

 

5- Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel a consultation session, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled session, you will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

 

6- Privacy Policy

7- Limitation of Liability
Nafsi will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, arising from the use of or inability to use our services. Our liability to you for any claim related to our services will be limited to the amount paid by you for the services.

 

8- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Nafsi and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of our services or your violation of these terms and conditions.

 

9- Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services at any time, without cause or notice.

 

10- Law and Regulations
I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the sharing of my health information through the Health Information Exchange System (NABIDH), in accordance with the regulations of the United Arab Emirates. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

 

11- Consent for Telemedicine Consultation
I acknowledge that I have read consent telemedicine consultation and agree to participate in teleconsultation for the service(s)/procedure(s) mentioned.

 

12- Changes to Terms and Conditions
Nafsi may update these terms and conditions from time to time without notice. The most current version of the terms and conditions can be found on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
