We make it easy for you to find the right help for you. We will start by asking you some questions to identify your needs, preferences, and the issues you are dealing with; Alternatively, you can browse our professionals’ profiles and select the therapist you believe is right for you. Once you match with a therapist, you can schedule a video session at any available slots convenient for you.
2. How will I communicate with my therapist?

You will have a video session with your therapist through a private & confidential tele-consultation platform – that is certified by the regulators. You can remain in touch with your therapist via email or chat between your sessions.

6. Does Nafsi offer mental health services for children?
Currently no. We are onboarding child psychiatrists, psychologists & therapists to provide this service. However, we have professionals that specialize in supporting and guiding parents.
